1. In the morning

  • Makes your skin glow

  • Boosts your metabolism
  • Purifies your colon
  • Cures illnesses

2. Before every meal

  • 1 glass
  • 30 minutes before eating
  • Helps digestion 
  • Helps you eat less
  • Energizes your day

3. Before taking a shower/bath

  • 1 glass
  • Lowers your blood pressure

4. At night

  • 1 glass
  • Avoids stroke or heart attack
  • Helps you sleep 
  • Cleans out toxins overnight
  • Makes you feel rejuvenated in the morning
